Parking Charge Notice PCN x2 Form AN

Hi
I will be applying for BC 4 Jan 2012 using form AN UK, ancestry route.
I was given two PCN Parking Charge Notices by Croydon Council about 3 months ago on the same day. Its no excuse but on both occassions I went to the nearest shop to get change for the parking and within a few minutes I had the PCN. This was my first and twice on the same day. I paid this same day and emailed there offices. I received an email confirmation from them that both has been paid and no further action will be taken. My question is should I mention this on my application and will it affect it in any way. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
