Hi all

This morning I have been informed by my bank that their fraud detection system has declined a transaction of 836 pounds, made by Home Office for my naturalisation application. Now the bank has asked me to contact home office and ask them to make the transaction again.

Has anyone encountered the same problem? What should I do? I am trying to call home office Liverpool contact center at 0845 010 5200, but I am unable to get through. Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

Hassnain

You are not the first one it happened to him. It seems that the HO is not considered a trusted organisation by the banks ;-)

Better to call them on 0151 672 5626 (same number just cheaper from a mobile).

Or call them directly following the advice here.
