Quick Clarification on Naturalisation App

Hi all,

Just a few points I wanted to ask around my naturalisation application...

1. Wife & I both got ILR in August 2009 under HSMP JR criteria. So we didn't need to do ESOL or Life in UK tests. I had actually done the ESOL before the JR came out :-)
2. Apparently we can now apply for citizenship after 1 year which has passed, hopefully this hasn't changed.
3. We have both completed our Life in UK tests, is there any need for the ESOL tests? We were exempt from this when we did the ILR.

Thanks for any help!

If you both have done Life in UK then you don't need ESOL.
