Hi,
We received our ILR last month( Jan 2012 ) and we are eligible to apply for British Citizenship by Jan 2013.
Ofcourse it is too early but I just wanted to be prepared and understand the process.
Questions:
1. Which form should I use to apply for British Citizenship, can someone send me the link?
2. Do i need to take any more exams? for ILR we had taken the life in the UK test.
3. Can we apply for British Citizenship in a PEO office or is it only applied via post?
4. a very daft question......next year should I apply for naturalization or British Citizenship?
cheers

1. You need to use form AN.

2. No
3. Can be applied through NCS or even through post. I would recommend NCS.
4. You need to apply for neutralization. Once your application is successful then you have to attend a citizenship cermony in order to become a british citizen.
Hope this helps...

Can I be cheeky and add one more question which does not apply to the original person.
I got approval based on ILR JR. I and my wife did not give LIUK test. Do I need LIUK test to apply for naturalisation?
thanks
