More than 90 days absent in last year.

We(me and my wife) got ILR based after 5 years on WP in Jan 2012.We have already completed 5 years(first requirement for naturalisation) She is planning to stay out of UK for more than 3 months (90 days) in May-September. Can she apply for naturalisation after 1 year from September? Will it affect her right to naturalisation?

She could apply in January 2013 but this would be at HO discretion. See more in Q3 in
FAQ - most common questions - naturalisation or later without discretion if she meets the requirements (probably around July 2013).

what requirements she need to meet. Say if she apply in september 2013 she will complete more than 6 years in uk, more than 1 year on ILR and less than 90 days absense in last year. What else?
