I have my app sent by NCS on 30/01 but till now 20/02 they havent debited my account yet? i am so worry.

If you check the timelines thread, you can see that in many cases it takes up to a month for the HO to debit the fees.

You can also call the HO and ask if all is in order.

No need to panic yet Tambibi. My account wasn't debited until over 4 weeks later. I don't think you should even call HO regarding that.
