I requested update via IPS website one on 23/02/2012 a day after interview and received the following reply:
Thank you for your enquiry.
I can confirm that we received your application at our office on 07/02/2012.
The application has been processed and the passport printed 22/02/2012.
Please allow 4-5 working days (excluding Sunday) for delivery of the passport by courier service.
