Hi,

I got my ILR last year and have not completed 12 months yet. However I have completed more than 6 years as WorkPermit/Tier-1 General and ILR visa.

Can I apply for the naturalisation now or do I have to wait for 12 months after my ILR?

Unless you are married to a British Citizen, you will have to wait for 12 months. The length of your stay doesn't affect it.
