Photos for passport

Hi
As per my understanding I need to attach two photos with my kid's passport application
-1 attested / signed
-1 nothing on the back
By mistake, i put name and date of birth on both
One that is not attested does it needs to be completely blank (at back) or its ok to put the name and date of birth?
do I need new photo print?
Please advise applying today
