Hello I will be applying for Naturalization however I need to find out if I need to disclose that I was issued with a Summary Warrant for non payment of council tax due to the fact that I was unemployed for 6 months. But now my wages have been arrested however I called the Stirling park to make arrangements to pay off the debt, but I will be disputing that 6 months when incouldn't pay. To cut this a bit short, is Summary Warrant a civil judgment, do I need to say Yes on my AN application?
