MN1 documents?

Hi
Need to verify the documents required for MN1 application for child
Context: Child was born in UK and parents got ILR after child was born
i am planning to send following documents
1) father's passport
2) Mother's passport
3) mariage certificate
4) Child's birth certificate
5) Fee + application
Do we need to send child's Indian passport ?
Anything else missing ?
