Maintaining ILR Status for Citizenship-Child Birth in India

1) Me, my wife and my daughter acquired ILR (all on Indian passport) in June 2011.
2) For delivery of my 2nd child, my wife left for India in Dec 2011 and is currently in India.
3) She plans to come back to UK around May 2013 after my daughter completes one full Academic year in India so that she is ready for Sept 2013 academic year in UK
4) Meanwhile I plan to take nationality only for me in July 2012 (when I will be eligible)
My query -

1) Does the PR status for my wife and daughter continues in UK? (We own a house in UK and I am staying in that house)
2) What visa should I apply for my daughter from India? She is due in April 2012 in India and I have ILR status
3) If we apply for naturalisation in May 2013 for my wife and 2 children, which form should I fill in? Also I believe there is no validity for Life in the UK Test

Kindly advice.

Owning a house has no affect on immigration status. You can lose ILR status if you have been away from the UK for more than 2 years. So if she is away for 18 months, she will not lose her ILR status.

Child Settlement visa.

Your wife will probably not be eligible if she has been away for 18 months. See Q1 & Q2 in FAQ - most common questions.
