Hi,

I have question about Section 10 Countersignature

Can my company HR Manager/Director complete and sign this section? I know her since many years and she holds British passport.

Other person I know, he holds Irish Passport, work colleague and certified Microsoft MCITP

The forms say a manager of a VAT registered company counts but from other posts on here UKBA have advised not when people have phoned and asked (not surprising really given anyone can form a VAT registered company for about £35). Dont know if anyone has applied and had it rejected though.

Easiest thing to do is phone the HO and check.
