ILR 180 Days Rule for Dependants

Post by mkazimhyobo » Sun Apr 22, 2012 5:06 am

Hi,
I am on Tier 1 Visa, have got 2 Dependants and due to be eligible for ILR in coming year.

I do understand there is rule for 180 days for main applicant, and also that Dependants need to be living with main applicant for last 2 years before applying for ILR.

My question is if 180 days rule applies to dependants as well? Can they stay out more than 3 months in one stretch?

If some one can help me out with some UKBA link or document, that would be great.
