Would i need legal Assistance

Post by reladith » Tue Apr 24, 2012 11:10 am

Hello All

I am just about to start my ILR and before i did i wanted to gather opinion on whether I would need a legal firm to take on the job, or if i could do it myself. What like to hear from people with past experience?

For the record i cam to the UK on a Working Holiday Visa in 2006, switched to HSMP in 2007 and Tier 1 in 2009. Now ILR is coming up. I have booked into PEO Solihull.
I have all payslips for last 12 months with bank statements (Earn £70k for 12 months)
Letters from employer for absence and current employment (Was out of country 97 days all up - in which 27 was for business)
Same job since i arrive in 2006.
All P60's
All original Lease/Rental documents
I was also married to a UK national in 2009 and have marriage certificates etc

Any guidance of comments or issues that you think may arise would be greatly appreciated guys

Cheers!
