Dear All

My visa has endorsed first time in Jan 2003 and I first arrive in Feb 2003 with in 35 days of endorsement.

Should I count 10 years from the time when I first arrive in UK or when I first given out a entry clearance which is in Jan 2003 .


The exact time frame for ILR under long residency is exact 10 years or 9 years 11 months .
