ILR (SET M) waiting for acknowledgement Letter)

hi, i have applied for ILR spouse through settlement service bath council on 14th june 2012, royal mail tracker shows documents received by UKBA on the 18th june,

so far no money deducted, no acknowledgement letter.

is there anyone else in the same situation?
