10 years long residence - minimum maintenance fund

Hi there,

I have been in the UK for 10 years as a student and on HSMP.I am eligible for indefinite leave to remain on the 10 years long residence basis.

I have looked in the application form on the basis of 10 years long residence.They do not ask for submitting any documents relating to financial situation (ie., no bank statements needed to be submitted).

So is there a minimum maintenance fund requirement for someone applying under the 10 year long residence route?

Many thanks NOG for the quick reply.If i can follow up my previous query with couple more clarifications.

1.So what document do i need to send for 10 year long residence..

2.Out of the 10 years,2 years is through the Post study working scheme.Can that be counted to the 10 years?.

1. All passports, LIUK test results, completed application form with fee, photographs as specified by the guidance. Depending on your cirumstances if your case requires explanation for gaps, complications etc you may wish to provide further documents to support your case.

2. Time spent legally under any visa counts towards your 10 year residence period.
