Moved Home After Application

I moved home after submitting the application, receiving the ACK letter and finishing the Biometric registration. It's now been 5.5 months and I'm still waiting.

I gave them a pre-paid Special Delivery envelop addressed to my previous address but have set up re-delivery to my new address. I've also written to UKBA informing my new address.

I'm now really worried that my documents have somehow been lost in the post. Can anyone please suggest what I should do to find out?

What Post do they use if they don't use my pre-paid Special Delivery envelop. I set up the re-delivery with Post Office (royal mail). I guess if they use some other company then the re-delivery won't work?

They do not use any other company.
