I will apply for ILR Sep 2012 on basis of HSMP 2 years + Tier 1 general 3 years.
I had 3 points on my licence in 2007 and 60 points fine. Last month my points are removed from licence by DVLA because 4 years penalty over. Now my licence is clear from points.

Do i still need to mention in Set(o) form in criminal conviction?
