Dear All

I will apply for my ILR in OCt 2012 on (HSMP 2yrs + Tier 1 3yrs). But My wife joined me in June 2011 and she will not able to apply for ILR as she has not completed 2 years qualification period yet.

What application form i should fill in FLR(M) or FLR(0)?

I beleive correct form to fill is FLR(M). But I read few post on this forum when ppl went in person to PEO they refused FLR(M) and asked them to fill FLR(0).

Could you please advise?
