ILR- Tier2 (ICT) Employer letter requirements

Post by apps » Sat Sep 15, 2012 10:16 pm

Hi,

Iam planning to apply for ILR this October 2012 and have one query regarding employer letter.

- Is the Employer letter mandatory to specify below statement

he still requires the applicant for the employment in question, and
(ii) his employer certifies that he is paid at or above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the codes of practice for Tier 2 sponsors published by the UK Border Agency.

Or Is it ok if the letter specifies he is working from so and so date and his salary is xxxxxxx amount.

Thanks in advance for your inputs.

Thanks

The only format that is okay is the one which contains all the details mentioned in the immigration rules.
