ILR 1 year absence

Hello All,

I came to UK in November 2006.

I was not in country for 1 year between 2009 to 2010. for my father was not well I had to be with him

I returned to UK in june 2010 and , I was due for ILR in 2011 November , but I have applied for extension . and I got 2 year extension

I have 5 years accumulative stay in UK ( Legally on HSMP and Tier1 ) can I apply for ILR?

Your residence period for ILR was reset in June 2010. You can apply in May 2015

Okay, that makes sense. However, for further disambiguation, evidence is not generally treated as a countable noun and, as you have correctly indicated this by using the singular spelling, it seems odd to then conjugate the verb as though it weren't.
