Letters from friends in the neighbourhood for Cohabitation ?

Can I take letter from some neighbours (for cohabitation proof) as they know my wife for almost 3 years+ and they are also staying here in the same street, or same building for last few years ?

Please leave your all similar query in one topic. neighbours later is not granted. Letter should be from any organization. Detailed about that you will find on SET(M) Application form (Version 12/2012) - page 27.
