can you please advise on SETO form as i am applying for my ILR next week but Section 5 bottom option

You must complete ALL four of the boxes below if you are applying as a Work peremit Holder ; a Tier 2 or Tier 2 ICT

i am really confuse on this when i came in UK i was on Holday maker visa the then switched to Tier 1

plesae confirm if this option is for me or shall i just leave this blank
