Confusion on section 9 D2 question in Set (O) form for tier1

Post by uksettlement » Wed Jan 16, 2013 3:17 pm

I had asked ukba under Freedom of information the following question....

To ascertain if 90 days clause still exists as the new rules don't mention the same but the form is still asking for the same.....

D2. Please confirm whether you have been outside of the UK for any
single absence over 3 months or one or more absences which amount to more than 6 month in total during the 5 year

This is the response....

Dear Sir/Madam,

In the light of the recent changes to the immigration rules, question D2 of the SET(O) form is no longer relevant and will be amended at the next available opportunity.

Kind regards

This means 90 days absence clause doesnt exist anymore and it is only 180 days in every year.

Thanks for everyone who followed the request and annotated the same.

Thanks!
