Can someone who has a police caution go for PEO service ?

Most of you know that I have got a simple caution from police on Criminal Damage. To get a peace of mind I want to go for PEO service but don't know if they accept it or not .
And what would be the success probability ?
Any remarkable Idea would be God blessing.

Time will spend 24 month but just worried if they take into account or not just because of Good Character definition.

If 24 months has lapsed since the caution and you have no other criminal history then there is no reason your application should be refused. Guidance is there so that the caseworkers follow it! Just make sure you declare it and highlight how long ago it was, quote the guidance if they query anything,
