ILR Eligibility Check

Hi All

I am new member and this is my first post. I would like to know whether I am eligible for applying for ILR. I came to know by my frds that the new rule changes permit me to apply for ILR. I am posting the visa details below; please do let me know your thoughts.

I came to UK on a Tier 2 visa during my first visit and I stayed here for 1 and a half years and left to India. The date details are below.

Visa Valid From: 25/03/2008 Valid Till : 25/03/2010.
Reached UK : 29/03/2008 Left UK : 01/11/2009

I am currently staying in UK on a Tier 1 Visa. Details Below
Visa Valid From: 01/05/2010 Valid Till : 01/05/2013.
Reached UK : 04/05/2010

There is a time gap where I stayed out of UK for more than 180 days; but it was not in the same year (split was between 2009 and 2010).

The Tier 2 visa got expired(March 2010) before the tier 1 visa start date (May 2010); but I applied for the Tier 1 visa well before the Tier2 visa expiry date( 08/02/2010).

If you can let me know whether I am eligible to apply for Permanent Resident visa; that would be great.

You will be eligible to apply for ILR in April 2015(28 days before 04/05/2010)
