criminal convictions, civil judgements and civil penalties

Friend of mine looking to apply. ILR on bases 10 year time in UK

ILR form in the (E. Personal History (criminal convictions, war crimes, etc.))
he is not sure
has he had been give resident parking tickets (Paid) within last 10 years.

and secondly he had county court judgment due to his car loan. 2011.

can some guide these thing are not going ot affect our application or they come with any planty????????

Parking fines are Penalty Charge Notices and are not relevant. Regarding the CCJ, it needs to be declared as is a civil judgement but providing you are making payments with proof there is no need to worry about
