Set (M) Two year Period

Post by zeezee0 » Wed Apr 10, 2013 10:17 pm

Dear All,

Could anyone please clarify wether the cohab documents I would require for my wife has to be the 2 years prior to applying to Set (M) or do the documents have to start the day me & my wife started living in the UK together?

My wife arrived in the UK as a married spouse to me in August 2010.

Any replies would be helpful.

Thank you

It's normally the two years immediately before the application, which leads me to ask why she did not apply for ILR in July 2012?

The two year period that you wife was on FLR(M). Thus the two years before your apply for ILR - set(m).
