Post by ojojo » Wed May 29, 2013 8:05 am

Hi All,

I have been a silent reader on this site in the last two months.

My ILR was granted yesterday. :D

Am willing to share my experience if needed.

Thanks.

Excellent! congrats mate!

I am due to ILR and will be applying soon. I am so keen to know what documents you presented? Did the case worker ask for P60's for all 5 years?

Thanks,
Ref

Congrt.... Did you granted ILR through tier 1 route and have you provide P60s for last five years.

Did your salary was higher/equal throughout the 5 years sine your tier1 initial application. Thanks

Was the case worker friendly? did you have face to face contact with him/her? Did he/she interview you or ask you any questions on the documents you provided?

I didnt even see any caseworker. After making the payment and doing biometric, one of the officers took our documents and after about 20 mins he came back witha letter that the ilr has been granted that i will receive the card between 5 to 10 working days. Thats it.
