Hello everyone,
I have started filling out my tier 2 SET O Form, need help on few thing:
Section 5 where they are asking:
SOC code (or nearest applicable which best describes
your employment)
Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice
– hourly rate or annual salary)
Current rate of Pay (as stated in the Codes of Practice Per annum
– hourly rate or annual salary)
Number of hours this salary is based on
Number of weekly hours
Now should I fill in the details as per SOC or as per my current situation i.e. my current wages, no of hours etc?
Section 6.3:
All my leaves are personal i.e. visit to family, should I provide letters explaining each trip and should I tick on any of the options in 6.3?
Last one: under section 11P:
If you were a work permit holder, documents confirming that you were in the employment for which a work
permit was issued throughout the period concerned
Do I need to provide some sort of reference letter from previous employer? As currently I m on Tier 2.
PLEASE GUYS REPLY THIS POST.......
thanks
So many things to achieve and so little time....

1. Current Employer deatils.
2.You could get your Current employer to give a letter, all your absences are paid for and with in your annula leave entitllement. Same with previous Employer. Better do an Excel sheet listing all your absences.
3.Previous employer- Payslips, P60s,Employement contract.

No problems. Will help. Why not put your document list? 2 weeks more for your appointment. Start filling in your SET O form from now onwards.
