Dependent ILR Query

Post by m.asif » Sat Jul 20, 2013 3:21 pm

Hi,
I am currently on Tier1 visa and my wife joined me as Tier1 dependent in Dec 2009. I am going to apply for lLR on the basis o 10 years in April 2014. My wife is going out of UK in Semtmber this year for 4 months. I just want to know if it will have any implications on her application as ILR dependent once I got my ILR next year. I've heard that dependent shouldn't be out of UK for more than 90 days especially within one year of applying for ILR.

I'll be grateful someone can clarify this.

Thank you in advance.

There is no specific limitation for a dependent, the absences should be limited and for good reason. 4 months seems limited.
