How to send (LR)application

Hi All,

I will send my , wife and two children's applications next week as below :

1. For each applicant i put the application and relevant document , passport,... in seperater small envlop .

2. Put all four applications in one big envlop .

3. One cover letter.

Is that ok ? please advice?

Also do i need to put paper clip on each application ?

Sounds fine, provided all evidence/documents are there and completed applications forms. Enclose a pre-paid special delivery envelope for your documents to be returned and send the applications via special delivery.
