Bank statements for ILR

Hi there please help to clarify

I went in to my bank to ask for my bank statements for the past 3 months and they printed them off in the branch. are these acceptable or do they need to be statements that are sent to you as I had asked for these too and i've waited over a week and nothing has arrived yet and time is running out. Can i submit the application using the printouts from my branch or not???? They have my address on and when they were printed.
