Applied for ILR SET LR

Dear All,

I am New to this Forum.

I have applied for ILR on 22-April-2013
Received acknowledgement letter on 30-April-2013.

Q1 : How much time will it take to get the Biometrics Letter ?

Q2 : My wife is on Tier1(General) Dependent(Valid up to Jan-2015), when can I apply for her ILR ?
Do I have a wait till I get my ILR , or can I apply now?

I would appreciate your help
