pl help to fill SET O sec 10 biometric residence permits

pl help to fill SET O sec 10 biometric residence permits

Dear members

i have an appointment on 11th Nov.
i need help to fill sec 10 set o.
is it only for main applicant or spouse,s details should be given at page 44 of set o becsuse there is no space for dependant or spouce.
if needed then need to copy page 44 of set o? or it is only for main applicant?

i will be grateful for help.

AFAIK, its only for the main applicant.
