Tier2 to ILR - English Language

Hello All,
I am a Tier 2 General WP holder and will be eligible for ILR application in Feb 2014. I am filling in SET(O) form.

I have a question on English Language Test / Eligibility:
I have claimed and been awarded 10 points in my COS Work Permit for English as medium of Degree education.
Would that be suffice for me to tick the option as "Yes" against 4.3 of SET(O) form "A degree taught or researched in English" ?
Or do I have to get a some kind of letter from UKNARIC ? Or provide any other proof or take a test ?

Please help me answer this question. thanks in anticipation
