Cohabitation documents

Can someone please help:

I have read some posts where it is indicated that for Tier 2 ICT, we need to provide 2 years cohabitation documents for ILR application but on the form Set (O); page 48, 11A, it says "...please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave..."

I got my recent extension in Oct 2013; does it mean i only need to provide evidence of cohabitation from Oct 2013 till Jan 2014 (i am planning to apply this month)?

Or am I reading this incorrectly? Also, for clarity, I completed five years under Tier 2 ICT in Dec 2013.

I have got so many views on this post but can someone please share their thoughts on this? I am in a difficult situation at the moment.
