working hours requirement for ilr if any

Hi,
My husband is getting cos under tier 2 general with working hrs as 27 hrs per week.on asking the employer the required salary based on code of practice, they replied that ur salary wil b according to code of practice however on pro rata basis for the num of hrs offered.
we knw that the ilr requirements is only to be paid appropriately according to the code of practice.will the number of hrs impact our eligibility for ilr?
