ILR/PR and PBS dependent queries

Hi All,

I gone through the old posts even though I have following queries.
I am on Tier 1 General since 4.9 years. My wife& kid (14 Years) joined with me as a Tier 1 General Dependent visa in Aug- 2013.
I & my kid (Minor) are eligible to apply ILR/PR in May-14. I am planning to apply PBS dependent visa for my wife separately because she came here recently so she is NOT Eligible for ILR.
Below are my queries:
1. How much funds I have to maintain for PBS Dependent visa to my wife.
Main applicant £900+ 2 dependents £600+£600 (Total =900+600+600= £2100) Is it?
2. Which form I need to fill for PBS Dependent visa? Is it PBS dependent form?
3. Is my kid (14 Years) eligible to apply for ILR/PR along with me?
4. Which form I need to fill my kid? Is it FLR (M)?
5. English language requirement –

Original Degree – Bachelors (my degree was always part of points calculator).
PBS calculator printout which showed 30+ points.
IELTS 5.5 certified in 2009
Is it sufficient?
6. I came to know that visa fees is going to be changed from 6 Apr-14. I am planning to take the PEO appointment end of the Mar-14(42 days before filing my application). Do I need to pay new visa fees or Old visa fees

The children should apply on your SET(O) form under deps. No English language for dep children or PBS dep extension.
