ILR Self Emp Interview

With regards to the genuine earnings test rules and interviews being held for Tier 1 G Ext Applications, I was wondering if you apply for ILR on Tier 1 G with emp and self emp income, do they still interview you as above? If the answer is yes then do they only interview postal applicants or in person applicants too?
