Hiya,
I'm due to apply for my ILR ( spousal Visa ) but I was told that I cannot apply 28 days before my visa expires or else it will be denied, I have no problem with that as I am in no rush to apply but My question is - when should I apply? In my passport it says ~ Valid from 20/4/12 - Valid until 20/7/14 ~

Should I apply 28 days before 20/7/14 or should I apply 28 days before the date the visa was issued. Sorry if I sound a bit confusing ... just a bit confused lol

You can apply 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of the date you entered the UK on your spouse visa.
(Casa, not CR001)
