UK born baby - New rules of Dep

Post by Tier 4 » Sun Mar 23, 2014 8:54 pm

I am applying ILR on the basis of long residence in Aug 2014. As of change in rules starting from 6 April 2014 what affect they will make on the stay of my baby boy born last year here in UK (he has PSW dependent visa as well as he travel home).

I was thinking to skip him on my Set (LR) application in Aug 2014 and once I get mine ILR register him as BC.

Is it still possible in new rules or they changing too? Many thanks

There is no option to included any dependents on Set(LR) forms.
once I get mine ILR register him as BC.
As he is born in the UK, you can register him on MN1 under section 1(3) once you ILR is approved.

So in other words new rules won't affect him at all?

Many Thanks

Talking about these rules Do I have to go through income threshold while register him as BC once I obtain my ILR(long residence)? Same as I have to meet income threshold for my wife FLR (M) after 6 April once I apply for my ILR (long residence).
