I HAVE POSTED MORE DETAILED TOPIC A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO BUT NO REPLY YET,APLOGIZE TO ALL IM LOOKING FOR ADVICE FOR MY BEST FRIEND IS URGENT PLEASE HELP AS WE GOT VERY CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION FROM DIFFERENT (5)LAWYERS

WELL he is 7 years and 11 months in the country ,on various student visas until 2 years ago and all aplied for extention before expired(never been late) as his company was not able to sponsor him(though he accepted the offer because they where ready to sponzor him)he had no option than to apply for FLRO which was refused and given appeal

The hearing was last week and most likely decision want be in his favor is what he was told,
We went to different lawyers to get idea what to do next as hi needs another 2 years for 10 years long residency for ILR

BUT SOLICITOR TOLD HIM THAT HE BROKE HIS CONTINIOUS RESIDENCY ?NOT EXPLAINING MUCH JUST SAID IS WIPED OFF ALL YEARS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE COUNTRY.IS THAT TRUE?HE STILL HAVE RIGHT FOR ANOTHER UPPER TRIBUNAL AND HIS IS LEGALY IN THE COUNTRY AND CAN WORK TILL FINAL DECISION.LAWYER WAS ASSURING US THAT NO ONE KNOW WELL TO INTERPRATE THE LAW;-(

THE OTHER LAWYER SAID NOT TRUE
PAID ALREADY SO MUCH MONEY TO JUST FIND THE INFORMATION AND STILL NOT SURE WHOM TO TRUST
