Post by Javedkhan5555 » Sat May 03, 2014 12:50 pm

Hi,

Can anyone share personal experience or know of successful ILR, where dependents english requirements were met through provision of a degree considered eq to UK general Bachelor standard by NARIC plus with a letter from the university or awarding institution confirming degree was taught and researched in english.

A NARIC statement of comparability and letter from the institution should suffice B1 English in addition to LIUK.

Yes it's fine. We were granted ILR on 3rd May and we supplied Naric letter + degree + letter from university for my wife.
