ILR for my wife

ILR for my wife

I got ILR in Dec 2012 based on Tier-1 General category
Got citizenship last month...

Now i wan to apply for my wife's ILR. She has gor PBS dependant visa until jun 2015 (under old rules ie before 9th july 2012).

My salary is 35K but I haven't got much saving because of lots of other commitments. End of every month i could barely save £250-£300.

Is it okay for financial requirement?

Your spouse may apply for SET(O) anytime now. B1 English and LiUK required and proof of cohabitation. No Financial Requirement.
