ILR from Tier 2 ICT

HI,
I am on Tier 2 ICT and elligible for ILR next month .
Preparing the documents . Can someone confirm if they are enough

1> Letter from company about employment and SOC code
2> Letter from company with number of leave that I am elligible
3> Bank Statement for 3 months
4> Payslip for 3 months
5> Life in UK test certifictae
6> PBS Print out for the English language , my degree gives 30 + 10 points.
Only issue this for Tiers , PBS calculator do not saw the degree so used the Tier 1 calculator . is it fine .
7> Some proof for 5 yr residence. How many doc reqd . is 1 per period enough
8>BRP
9> p60

Dependent Spouse:
1> Cohabitation proof for last 2 yrs
2> DO i need 5 yr proof for her too ?
3> Marriage Certificate
4> Life in UK test
5> BS Print out for the English language , my degree gives 30 + 10 points.

Kids

Can someone pls advise if I need any more docs .

Also, I assume I will need to fill one for for each dependent .

As I understand from some post I just need to o fill one SET O form for myself and dependents ( spouse and 2 kids 7-9) .

HI,

While reviewing the doc for ILR for Tier2 ICT, there is a requirement for proof of Paid leave, does this proof has to say how may days annual leave i am elligible or the letter has to state each and every annual leave taken for days I am out of UK.
