SET(O) form for partner please help!!

Post by shace318 » Mon Jun 02, 2014 11:36 am

Hi everyone,

I am applying for my wife & daughter ILR by using SET(O)form and son born in UK so MN1 form I guess. I need some clarifications

My Status: ILR granted on 10/4/14 (from tier-1 general)

Wifes details:
1st dependant Visa T1 G: 01/06/09
1st Entry to UK: 12/10/09
Current leave category: Tier 1 general dependent [PBS dependant] valid till 14/07/14
She completed her LIUK & IELTS

Section 1: (Wifes details)

------------------------------------------------------------------

Section 2: (Dependant details)
Can I include my daughter's details here or should I use SET(F) or another SET(O) form for my daughter??
------------------------------------------------------------------

Section 3: (applying category)
PBS Dependant or Other?? I believe its PBS Dependent
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 4: (LIUK)
Life in Uk

------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 5: (finances/job salary)

My pay slips & bank statements for past 12 months? my wife works part time should I include my wife's job details or just mine?
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 6: (immigration history)
last 4.5 years she has been on short holidays, should i need an absent sheet for this??

------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 7: (Personal history - Criminal)
N/A

------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 8:
OK
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 9:
OK
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 10:
OK
------------------------------------------------------------------
Section 11:
- Current Passports + BRP
- 12 bank account statements latest - Originals
- 12 Pay slips latest - originals
- Co-habit docs

Other issues:
1) My wife's passport expires on 30/11/14, I am planning to go to PEO on 11/07/14 is this ok? coz passport will be less than 6 months validity when applying.
2) I physically live most of my time in Nethrlands due to work, I travel to uk on some weekends. will this be an issue? should I include a cover letter explaining
this is due to work or should i keep things simnple. worried about the question " is your relationship subsisting?"

Please advice

Thank you all!!!!

Rgds,
Shace
