Help filing Set M

Hi there

I am confused about some question on set m form wondering if you could help me answering them
I came to uk on 6months visitor visa on 05/10/2003 and overstayed
Met my wife 28/06/2005 and start relationship we got permission from home office to get married in uk 22/02/2010 left the uk 20/10/2010 back home apply for spouse visa , it was refused then appealed finally got approved on 04/07/2012, came to uk on 2years spouse visa on 06/07/2012
Q 2.1 when did you first met?
2.2 where did you first met?
2.3 when did you relationship begin?
2.5 how long have you been living in relationship?
2.6 when did you begin living together?
Q 9.11 how long have you lived in the uk?
Then there is table of absence!

Please I need your help I got appointment on 10 June it's next Tuesday!
